Art Display
Kelsey Marsh, Newington resident is displaying her photography up until Summer Reading. She won an award for Mirrors, featured below. These photos are just a sample of her talent. To get the full affect, be sure to stop by the library to see them before they are gone!

Candidates Night
The Langdon Library hosts an annual Meet the Candidates Night in March for the town of Newington, NH to provide voters with a forum to hear and learn about the candidates. Each candidate will have a maximum of five (5) timed minutes to give an introduction and summary of their interest in running, followed by a question and answer period for voters to ask individual questions. Informative materials provided by candidates about their candidacy may be submitted to be posted here each year.

Museum Pass Reimbursement
Our museum reimbursement program is unique among libraries in that we reimburse half of the admission cost for individual visits, rather than purchasing annual passes to specific museums. This allows greater freedom for patrons choosing a museum to visit. It also means that more than one Newington resident may visit the same museum on the same day without reserving a pass in advance. Reimbursement is available to Newington residents only, not accompanying friends or family, and a valid receipt is required.
If you have any question about whether admission to a specific museum will be reimbursed, please email director@nulllangdonlibrary.org, or speak with Lara at the library, before your visit. For our complete Museum Reimbursement policy, click here.

Meeting Room Use
Meeting space in the library may be reserved for use during library hours by civic, cultural, and governmental groups at no cost. A fee may be required to offset costs as determined by the Library Board of Trustees for use outside these parameters.
The library offers several rooms and spaces available for reserve:
- Two small Quiet Study rooms (table, chairs, digital display and connectivity–maximum capacity 8)
- Heritage/ Conference room (table, chairs, digital display and connectivity–maximum capacity 12)
- Program room (flexible seating and setup–maximum capacity 75)
- Children’s Program Area (digital display, flexible seating and setup, connectivity–maximum capacity 22)
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis within the constraints of the Facility Usage Policy. Reservation requests may be placed at the library, by phone at 603-436-5154 or by email at info@nulllangdonlibrary.org or director@nulllangdonlibrary.org. Read our complete Facility Usage Policy before reserving space at the library.
Please note: reservation of an area does not preclude the use of the area for normal library operation. For example, a reservation of the Adult Programming Area should not interfere with the ability of patrons to browse the non-fiction stacks in that room, and a reservation of the Children’s Area will not prevent families from selecting DVDs from the Children’s DVD shelves.
