Meeting space in the library may be reserved for use during library hours by civic, cultural, and governmental groups at no cost. A fee may be required to offset costs as determined by the Library Board of Trustees for use outside these parameters.
The library offers several rooms and spaces available for reserve:
- Two small Quiet Study rooms (table, chairs, digital display and connectivity–maximum capacity 8)
- Heritage/ Conference room (table, chairs, digital display and connectivity–maximum capacity 12)
- Program room (flexible seating and setup–maximum capacity 75)
- Children’s Program Area (digital display, flexible seating and setup, connectivity–maximum capacity 22)
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis within the constraints of the Facility Usage Policy. Reservation requests may be placed at the library, by phone at 603-436-5154 or by email at info@nulllangdonlibrary.org or director@nulllangdonlibrary.org. Read our complete Facility Usage Policy before reserving space at the library.
Please note: reservation of an area does not preclude the use of the area for normal library operation. For example, a reservation of the Adult Programming Area should not interfere with the ability of patrons to browse the non-fiction stacks in that room, and a reservation of the Children’s Area will not prevent families from selecting DVDs from the Children’s DVD shelves.
