Meet the Author and Illustrator

At the library, Tuesday, September 24 at 6 pm, join us in celebrating this creative and charitable work made by Newington residents. Written by third grader Beau Anderson (with help from his mom Kara Anderson) and illustrator Maggie Callahan, a high school student. There will be a short reading followed by a Q & A. Light refreshments will be served as well as homemade dog treats for you to take home to your furry companion just like in the story.
