Interlibrary Loan

Our library participates in the New Hampshire State Library Interlibrary Loan (ILL) program. This program allows our patrons statewide access to materials using a van delivery service. In return, we loan our materials to other libraries by request. Our van stop is the Wiggin Memorial Library in Stratham and we pick up materials twice a week.

You may place an interlibrary loan request for items not in the Langdon Library collection by emailing us at info@nulllangdonlibrary.org or asking us at the desk.

NH Downloadables

As a member of NH public libraries we support and provide access to the New Hampshire Downloadable Audiobooks & eBooks site

By using the Libby app on your smartphone or tablet, you can browse and borrow a large collection of audiobooks and eBooks which can be used even when you are not connected to a wireless network.

To access your account, click here, sign in by selecting your library, and entering your 4 digit library card number. Please contact us at info@nulllangdonlibrary.org if you have any questions.

Hoopla Instructions

The library offers Hoopla to provide access to movie titles as well as other media. If you are already a NH Downloadable Books (Libby or OverDrive) user, you may wish to also utilize Hoopla for eBooks or audiobooks, for a couple of reasons. Hoopla has over 700,000 options of available titles, in a variety of formats, vs. about 30,000 on NHDB. Hoopla has no holds or waiting lists, all titles are available for simultaneous use. And finally, Hoopla has 3 week checkout periods for all items, which is longer than NHDB, and an 8 item checkout limit.

How to use Hoopla:

  1. Go to www.hoopladigital.com
  2. Create a login with your email and a password
  3. Search for our library with the name “Langdon”
  4. Enter your library card number (let us know at info@nulllangdonlibrary.org if you need yours)
